STEP 1: Look for a good place to grind. Since you will be turning 180 degrees at the start of the trick, find a rail that is not too high for you. |

STEP 2: As with all other tricks done on rails, be careful when it comes to approach and timing. Crouch slightly as you get near the rail and be ready to turn. |

STEP 3: Turn 180 degrees. Make sure that your board will land completely on the rail's surface. |

STEP 4: Simply grind like you would if you are just on snow. Keep your board parallel to the rail. Maintain your balance and just go with the grind. |

STEP 5: To get off, make a 180-degree turn as you reach the end of the rail. |

STEP 6: Land with both feet and then ride away. |

.... wear a helmet n impact short when learning this one... lol your guaranteed to have a couple of big bails when trying to land in switch on the box!! Enjoy!!

technically you can''t grind on a snowboard, as you need trucks to do a grind. This is a nice demo of a frontside 180 to a 50/50 though.
