Living in Florida is no longer a snowboarding / skiing death sentence. The Florida Snowboarders Association is here to keep the winter dream alive. We not only celebrate every aspect of winter adventure, we combine our unique resources to place members in one of North America's greatest mountain environments ....Kirkwood.
Kirkwood Mountain Resort serves as our operational base camp from November to April. Not only is Kirkwood's terrain legendary, Kirkwood consistently ranks in the top 5 for North American Snowfall and has had the seasonal record for the last two years. Last year they received over 850 toatal inches allowing for seemingly endless POWDER days for our members.
Some of the other winter adventure activities our members experience are : High altitude snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and hiking. Membership is open to anybody who is ready to make their dream of a winter wonderland a heart pounding reality.
