Let the Arizona Snowbowl be your four-season playground. The Spring, Summer and Fall seasons offer beautiful wildflowers and colorful scenery. We offer the Summer Scenic Skyride from Memorial Day Weekend through mid-October for all of you who love to explore and enjoy the great outdoors.
You can also take advantage of resting in the peace and quiet in our cabins at the Ski Lift Lodge. These cabins are located at the base of the mountain, just minutes from downtown Flagstaff.

In the winter, the Arizona Snowbowl offers excellent skiing, snowboarding, cross-country skiing, skijoring, snowshoeing and more. Snowbowl offers scenic slopes to entertain and challenge all. Where else can you ride the lift and see the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Our state of the art grooming fleet is at work every night creating the best sliding surface for your enjoyment. Snowbowl boasts the best learning terrain in the entire southwest offering over 50 acres and two chairlifts in the renowned Hart Prairie beginner area. This is definitely where Arizonans come to learn to ski and board. We also specialize in group and private lessons for all levels. Snowbowl caters to the family ski experience by offering lesson plans for children the emphasize having fun while learning to ski or board. The Flagstaff Nordic Center also provides the very best in cross-country terrain.

The Arizona Snowbowl, located on the San Francisco Peaks, offers you the unique experience of skiing in the state of Arizona. The Snowbowl opened in 1938 and is one of the oldest continually run ski areas in the United States. Snowbowl has a great history of entertaining all abilities of both skiers and snowboarders. Snowbowl has the best learning terrain in the entire southwest, offering over 50 acres and 2 chairlifts in the renowned Hart Prairie beginner area - This is where Arizona learns to ski and snowboard! Intermediate and advanced snowriders will enjoy many challenging trails and over 2,300 feet of vertical drop. Snowbowl caters to the family experience by offering lessons for all ability levels in a private or group setting. Kids can enjoy our popular SKIwee, Ridge Runner or Ridge Rider programs that emphasize having fun while learning to ski or ride.
