Base Camp Chalet is situated in the middle of pristine wilderness just 10 km south of the funky town of Nelson British Columbia and 10 km from Whitewater Ski area on the ski area road. Spokane is 2.5 hours drive and our regional airport is Castlegar just 30 minutes away.

Peak Freak Expeditions Base Camp is situated at the base of Whitewater Ski Area summit of 7867 ft and Salmo Creston pass at 5000 ft. Our play ground is surrounded by two of British Columbia's largest snow making lakes and Peak Freak's base camp is -
