LOS ANGELES - KTV Digital Media and Burton announced the release of the original webisodic series, "Because of Snowboarding". The show follows three of Burton's top women riders as they let the viewers in on what inspires them about snowboarding.
"Because of Snowboarding" is a behind-the-scenes look at what it's like to travel the globe in search of snow and inspiration. The show follows Burton's Anne-Flore Marxer, Natasza Zurek, and Victoria Jealouse through the Chilean Andes. "Because of Snowboarding" features each of the riders' unique personalities and riding styles through interviews, narratives, and vignettes - from their philosophy about riding to the equipment they use to what life is like traveling the globe. "Because of Snowboarding" delivers a positive and inspiring look into the world of professional women's snowboarding.
"We're thrilled to be working with Burton. By presenting Burton in short-form branded video and distributing it to all major online video and mobile outlets, we are able to bring Burton effectively to their audience," AJ Vernet, President, Co-founder of KTV Digital Media.
"We are excited to have this great opportunity to partner with KUSH TV on this project and bring even greater exposure to the lifestyle we live and the incredible talents our riders have," says Christine McConnell, Women's Brand Manager at Burton. "We want to share snowboarding with anybody who feels as inspired as we are to travel, ride, and live what we love, and we feel that the 'Because of Snowboarding' webisodes give viewers an inside look at our lifestyle."
