  Construction of 2010 Olympic Venues Going Well The construction of the venues in Whistler for the 2010 Winter Olympics are going, "exceedingly well," according to www.vancouver2010.com. Two new venues are currently being constructed - the Sliding Center and the Nordic venue. The Sliding Center will host the bobsleigh, luge and skeleton events of the Winter Games.
