It was always their dream to build our own boards - to come up with a new idea, go into our shop and build it, then take it out to the mountain and ride it. This is what it was all about when Unity Snowboards started building Snowboards back in 1995, and it’s still what it’s all about for them today in 2008.

Ultra Light Series
The Ultra Light Series is a brand new line for 08-09. Vectran®/Carbon Fiber material makes the boards incredibly llight weight and responsive. These boards are the most high-performance boards we have ever made. Effortless carves and the ability to pop ollies off everything make them a blast to ride.

Technology
Vectran® is a new type of composite material that has super high damping qualities and is pound for pound five times stronger than steel. We are using a full-length wood core in the ULS boards. The wood core combined with the Vectran®/Carbon material makes these boards one pound lighter than our regular boards.


Origin
The Origin is our true twin park board. They are completely symmetrical in both shape and flex and feature a centered stance. The Origin is perfect for hitting huge jumps, boosting in the pipe, or nailing that tech rail trick you’ve been dreaming about.

Technology
This year the Origin features our Wood Composite Impact Pads. These are thin pieces of wood veneer that strengthen the board under the binding area. The added strength reduces the possibility of the binding breaking the board from extreme impacts that often occur when riding the park.


Virgo
The Virgo is our high performance women’s specific board. They are directional is shape and flex with a centered radial sidecut. The centered radial sidecut makes the board perform well forward or switch.

Technology
Virgo boards feature our Light Weight Tri-Axial Fiberglass for reduced board weight and a softer flex pattern.
