It would be pretty hard to get a company to just print the design.
Two ways you can go, some companies like Burton offer programs where you can pay a little extra to put your design on one of their models (ie. a Burton Custom but with your design). In other words that same quality board construction with your own personal touch.
Another way, and much more awesome, is to keep your eyes out for companies that hold board graphic contests. Ride just recently had one, I'm not sure if it's over. If you win you get the board printed with your design.
I would Google for "custom" snowboard print. There are a few companies that do custom boards, but they are a little pricey. But sometimes it is worth it to sport your own design. It definitely gives you bragging rights on the hill.
