what set ups and stance angles
you guys use? I will be doing some angle changes with my bindings for
forward stances and duck stances. Do a lot of free riders use the
duck stance while freeriding or more forward stances? I ride pretty
fluent on blacks out east but want to mess with angle changes to
progress and see what is more comfortable. Right now I am +15 front,
-3 rear foot and regular stance.

Stance angle is a personal comfort thing and you will dial in what feels best to you. I rock a +15 in the front and a -15 in the rear. A duck stance is fine for free riding and will allow you to ride switch much easier. Very few people other than Euro carvers ride with both bindings angled forward. When making adjustments, only change one thing at a time, then ride it to see how it feels. If you make a lot of changes it is hard to figure out what made the difference.

I also have a 15, -15 stance. its so much easier landing switch. if you plan on riding park alot, i would definately make your stance duck footed.

Is +15 front,
-3 alright? what do you think? It seems that most boarders rock a +15, -15 stance?

That is just fine for free riding. It will not work as well for switch riding however so when you are ready to start working on getting good at riding switch, I would increase that to a _10 on the back foot. Other than that it is all about your personal comfort. Something to think about also is if you start experiences some leg pain. namely knee and shins, you might adjust that stance if it is really ducked. I tried +18 and -18 and it was just too much and put weird stresses on my knees. Play around with and figure out what feels best. When you are experiementing, make one adjustment at a time then go ride for awhile. If you make too many adjustments at one time you wont know what did or did not work for you.

Ok then! Thanks for the advise! I'll start with adjusting and experimenting first to know what's best.
