Ive just got my own gear - took it out to kirkwood this weekend and have my bindings a little ducky - at 15 +/- front and back.
Just looking to see what the pros here think is the best stance for newbies. Im about 6 days total on the hill and loving it, but want to make sure my form doesn't suck. I don't have much trouble riding switch but my toeside is definitely weaker and less stable than my heel.
Is my positioning off? Appreciate the feedback.

More then likely you are having a problem with stance in movements then anything to do with binding set-up. Check out this thread for some great tips for riding your toeside. http://www.abc-of-snowboarding.com/forum/techniques-styles/tighter-toeside-turn.asp
Pay attention to Snow Wolfs info.

Wow! Great link to snow wolf's videos. I love that simple video tutorial. I wish more members will share their talents and knowledge in snowboarding.
