Best way to apply is to visit local resorts in the late fall or early spring, and ask about how to become an instructor. Here is also a website that may be helpful http://www.snowboarding-essentials.com/info/guide/snowboarding/how-to-become-instructor.html

CASI level two is definitely internationally recognized and yes you can work year round. Australia, New Zealand, Chile and Argentina are your best bets. As for jobs in Canada, now that you have the CASI 2 you can pretty much write your own ticket. Just find resorts you would like to work for and make contact by email. From there, they will guide you through the process. Good luck!
