learning snowboarding in late Nov

can anybody tell me the best place to go and learn snowboarding in late November? I'm based in Scandinavia at the moment and on a budget. I can ski a little and am a good skateboarder - is there somewhere I can go for 14 days that wont break the bank too much but where I can get good tuition? (I'm also a really good film maker so could even strike up a deal to film the snowboarding ... long shot I know). But just a tip on a good place to learn, that has snow just now and that isn't going to cost tons would be great. Cheers, Lou
