Innovations:

· Era Cabana four-seater detachable chairlift at Baqueira 1800.
With a length of 881 m., a height difference of 195 m, and a transportation capacity of 2,400 skiers/hour, it will give service to three new slopes:

- Era Cabana, blue slope with a length of 1,043 m.
- Era Coma, blue slope with a length of 1,094 m.
-Ta Orri, blue slope with a length of 248 m.

·Alteration work on the Cap del Port chairlift at Bonaigua.
Construction of a setdown point for beginners which will give service to a new slope:
-Debutants, a green slope with a length of 508 m.

· New slopes and snowpark in the La Peülla area at Bonaigua
-Cap a Baqueira, a blue slope with a length of 775 m. which connects La Peülla with the Bonaigua detachable chairlift without having to use the Cap del Port chairlift.

-Les Paletes and Bosc de la Peülla, both red slopes with lengths of 709 m. and 298 m., respectively. They are variants of the La Peülla slope.

-La Perdiu, a red slope with a length of 361 m. It is a variant of the Pleta del Duc slope.

-La Pala Gran, a black slope with a length of 1,028 m.

-The construction of a snowpark has started and it will be extendet throughout the winter season.

· Improvements in snow production.
-In the Baqueira facilities, 15 snow guns have been installed on the new Era Cabana slope. Also, a new computer communication system has been installed to improve output by reducing snow gun dialogue time from 30 min. to 3 min.

-In the Beret facilities, a new water catchment point has been added that will double artificial snow output.

· New grooming machines.
7 new machines have been bought, 4 to replace 4 existing machines and 3 new machines, 2 of them equipped with a winch and a third equipped with attachments for preparing one half-pipe and two border-cross banks.

Ski Hire:
With this service, Baqueira Beret offers you the chance to hire all the latest kinds of ski and snowboard equipment. And if you have any problems with your equipment, there is a team of professionals on hand for fast repair and servicing.

For your convenience, we have ski storage and lockers available, located at the foot of the slopes around the resort. You can also find ski accessories and complements as well as souvenirs of your stay at the resort.

Children's Park:
Children learn through play. We have four children's parks supervised by specially trained monitors who offer all kinds of games to help the children become familiar with snow in total safety. Just like playtime. Our monitors show the children how to learn in a fun-packed atmosphere. They are in safe hands.
