Sport and activitiesValle di Fassa, a holiday for everyone….The white week in these mountains is a real holiday, even for those who don't ski. In winter, when the air is crisp, walking on the snow, a trip on a horse-drawn sleigh, becoming children again playing with toboggans, relaxation, boutique shopping, local traditions, genuine flavours are experiences which restore and yet provide strong sensations, joy of life, and well-being. Happy memories to keep.
It is a holiday for all the family, where our children can finally claim their own space, sharing it only with an enormous snowman...
This year, the Val di Fassa has a surprise for all the family: the "Ski Special for Kids", your children's holiday is absolutely free!!!
Winter WalksWalks in winter, the thrill of silence, the pleasure of finding yourself again... There are many opportunities for those who love walking in complete peace along the many forest roads that connect the various villages or along the tracks forged by the snowploughs especially for walkers. It is surely one of the best ways of appreciating the clean, crisp air which prevails on so many winter days or the fairytale scenes where the sunlight, reflecting off the snow crystals spreading thousands of colours, creates light effects. Another opportunity to really find yourself again, far from the hubbub, is to let the feelings of well-being which nature offers flow through you even in the harshness of winter.
Horse-drawn sleighsIn Valle di Fassa, in skiing paradise, amongst advanced technology and very modern activities, the oldest traditions are being revived, romantically livening up our days: a horse-drawn carriage or sleigh takes us on fairytale journeys through the woods or to the darkest corners of these Ladin lands, on the tracks of glimpses of the past and painted murals.
Après-SkiHospitality, warmth, music, colour, renewed energy... a mix of ingredients to welcome skiers back after a whole day spent on the slopes where they can spend "Happy hour" in this pleasant atmosphere, at dinner time, when the last rays of sunlight leave the evening shade and invites you to keep going, to dive into the night which in Val di Fassa is just as long as the day... Starting from Alba, passing through Canazei or Campitello, a hop to Pozza di Fassa and then finishing up at Moena or Vigo, the night people move around following pre-set and lively routes in a world of a thousand colours, between discos bars, typical local bars, pubs, inns and mountain huts where the entertainment goes wild and foreign languages are no longer a barrier. Rest can wait, tomorrow is another day.
