Snowboarders are becoming more and more numerous and, whereas until a few years ago they were a minority in the winter sports scene, now the situation is entirely different.
The Trentino ski resorts have designed over a hundred kilometres of descents for board enthusiasts and built some “fun parks”, with jumps and half pipes, where they can carry out their spectacular acrobatic feats in complete safety and also practise border cross, the Olympic discipline in which several boarders compete in a parallel slalom at the same time.
When the pistes are crowded, or when boarders are learning or want to carry out acrobatic feats, the fun parks, installed by the Lift Companies in many Trentino resorts, ensure safety and fun for everyone. |
