FOR SALE (225.000 EUR): This fully furnished apartment is on the 5th floor that is accessible via an elevator. It has a south-faced balcony with a stunning view from the Mont Blanc. A cosy living area with a compact kitchen, lounge and dining area. The lounge area has all the amenities you would expect like Cable T.V., DVD-player (a DVD Rental shop is located nearby our appartment), CD-player etc. The bathroom with toilet is newly refurbished in winter 2002.
The two mezzanines in our apartment offers sleeping space for 6 people. The first mezzanine has 2 double beds with a closet area. The second mezzanine has 1 Double bed. If you are planning to come by car, you can park your car in the underground parking.

This apartement is owned by my brother so I am not completely objective I guess. I have stayed here lots of times though with friends and families. It is not very large and technically speaking it is a studio but it has multiple layers which makes it more spacious. You can definitely sleep here with 3 couples or with 6 friends if you are comfortable enough with each other. The view of Mt. Blanc is great and the apartement has a small balcony to enjoy it from. The apartment complex is situated in Chamonix Sud which is about 5 minutes walking from the town center. A nice neighbourhood and very close to the Aguille du Midi gondola. I would recommend it!
