Slopes
Five different category slopes for beginners and more advanced skiers. Children have their own Staalo slope and a rope-tow.
For snowboarders and freeriders we offer a value of table-tops and a half-pipe. Most advanced ski-area is well known by alpine skiers. FIS - slope is used by worlds slalom elite almost every day. Slopes are groomed every day and supplied with sufficient lights.
Ski Rental
We have given special attention to our ski-hire equipment. Both ski- and snowboard equipment are updated frequently, so you will always ski with latest hardware. Our categories consist: Salomon alpine- and carving-equipment, also for experts, snowboards with step in- bindings, snowblades and outdoor clothes provided by Reima.
Ski Service
The ground for safe and enjoyable skiing is proper equipment. We fix and tune up your skis with a Wintersteiger tune-up machine. Finishing and hot-waxing are handmade.
Restaurants/Accommodation
The location of the ski area right besides the city of Rovaniemi guaranties an international after-ski atmosphere through the winter - every night.

No-smoking café, where bakery goods are always fresh and staff wishes you welcome.
- Ounasvaaran Pirtit
A peaceful restaurant. Ideal for the end of a skiing day. A hotel-class vacation-area is located at the ski-area. Only 3 kilometers from the city. Cottages with sauna and mini-kitchens are for 2-10 persons.
- Oktetti
Oktetti restaurant is located between the city and ski-area. Connection also by skiing from the river and ski-center. Good food, hot drinks and drink serving rights.
- Sky Hotel Rovaniemi
On the top of the hill. Straight access to slopes and cross-country tracks.
Come along and drink a cold or warm cup. Eat a snack or a dinner. Our panorama restaurant offers a great view to the city and enviroment.
- Santa Claus Sports Institute
In the middle of the beautiful hill. Only 2 km from the city. Straight access to nature and cross-county tracks. Sport hotel offers rooms for 1-4 persons.
