Snowboard with the professionals. The Snowboard School Dachstein Tauern, run by the former European and six-times Austrian champion boarder Gerfried Schuller, offers an ideal base for children and adults, beginners, advanced as well as professional snowboarders.Great importance is attached to safe, top quality training. The teaching methods are constantly being improved and correspond with the latest level of knowledge.
During the peak season up to 40 snowboard instructors are working in Austria's biggest snowboard school. The course system is designed to provide all the participants with the best possible progress. The group sizes vary from 3 to 8 people during multiple day courses. The possibility of booking Private Lessons lessons further enhances learning success, because the instructor can adapt himself specifically to the pupil(s).
The Blue Tomato Snowboard School also offers specialist courses in the fields of Slalom, Race Technique, Freestyle und Backcountry Riding .

Private Lessons
Kids/Youth
PRIVATE LESSONS
Learn faster! Your instructor will teach you individually and at times which suit you. During a private lesson you will learn much more in a shorter space of time. The instructor will choose the right terrain to suit you and will adapt the training techniques to fit your needs. The date and time of the course is up to you. We guarantee the most highly qualified instructors.
BEGINNER LESSONS
Let's start! Have you never stood on a board before? Then the beginner course will quickly put you at ease on a board. In small groups of no more than 8 people, you will learn all of the basics enabling you to ride down easy and intermediate pistes. The training pistes are specifically chosen to enable you to achieve the optimum success.
The aim of this course is to achieve the basic turn, which we guarantee you will achieve in a short space of time. The beginner course starts on Sunday, Monday, Wednesday or Friday from 13:30.
INTERMEDIATE LESSONS
Learn how to perform tight turns and exercises for making carving turns are to be found on this course. This course can be taken by both soft and hard boot riders.The lessons are held on Monday to Friday, and you can start on which ever day you wish, and can choose to do a 1, 3 or 5 day course.
- Group, Alpine, Backcountry, Freestyle and Schoolgroup lessons are also offered.

Hello! Sorry for my english. I`am from Russia, Kamchatka. I`am 10 years in snowboard. I can do b/s 720, f/s 540, some jib`s trick. We are have many good places for the best backcountry, freeride from Volcanoes, there are two parks in our town... but we are not have instructor`s school! I want to be an instructor. Do you be able to help me to become an instructor of snowboard? How much the courses cost and how many day`s? Thanks.
